Check the options screen and disable "Hold fire to lock-on". You'll need to configure the controls afterwards so that you can assign missile lock-on to it's own button It's not very clear I admit, (I honestly thought I'd named it something else, oops), it'll be more clearly named next update!...

I believe this may be a looooong shot but... ... I played Star Fox 64 twice in my life, and one time I remember we were playing split screen 4 players mode. I am a sucker for local multiplayer games, I have a monthly gathering with friends where we play every kind of multiplayer game. I dunno if more people would be interested on this and, of course, more importantly, if the dev would be interested on adding this mode. Is this planned, or does it sound like a good idea?...

Love the game! It plays how I always wished Star Fox would. Unfortunately the first boss fight timer/clock is causing screen burn-in/image retention on my LCD 512gb Steam Deck (not the OLED model). Is there anything on the dev end that could resolve this?...
