Possibly the most mechanically sound roguelite ever made, offering a great variety of different playstyles and ways to approach the game, genuinely challenging but also fun encounters, using the difficulty and Advanced Edition sliders you can tweak difficulty pretty much to your liking - if you're a fan of space or roguelites, you've gotta play it. After many years of roguelites, it remains my favourite in the genre for more reasons than can be listed here. And if you ever start to get to the limits of the basegame, then you install the Captain's Edition mod and you now have even-more-infinite replayability.
