I always dreamed of MGS3 getting remastered or remade in a better engine (FOX engine would have been ideal) so to see just that happen with Delta, it's literally a dream come true. Despite the game receiving a beautiful new coat of paint, controls and quality of life features, it still feels like the same game as before which is by no means a bad thing since the original game is still great fun to play, it just shows its age. If you have played the original game, then you already know what's up but don't let that stop you from buying this lovingly remade game because, in my heavily biased opinion, it's well worth the money.
While it still may be the same game, the story, setting, and characters are still as amazing as I remember them being back when I played the hell out of the 360 version. Hunting for the Kerotans and the new Ga-ko's is pretty enjoyable since the game will tell you how many more you have left to find and if you found the ones on the current area in the pause menu. It's the little quality of life additions like that that just make me 10x more appreciative of Konami than I already am right now. I'd argue that this game improves on pretty much everything the original game had like seamlessly changing camos without needing to pause the game and go into a separate menu and first person as a whole. You can actually walk and aim in first person which doesn't seem like much but you weren't able to do that until Peace Walker which is kinda baffling to me.
The only gripes I have with the game is that some cutscenes are choppy in their quality with some dipping in frames but other than that and one crash, I haven't had any problems with the game. Locking it to 60 fps is a bit of strange move but I personally don't think it's as big of a deal as people are making it out to be.
TL:DR, if you love MGS3 as much as I do, then get this game and if you're new to the MGS series, then get this game. It's a beautifully done job on Konami's part to remake a beloved game like this instead of whatever the hell survive was and the pachinko port of this game.

KONAMI!! REMAKE PEACE WALKER, AND MY LIFE IS YOURS!!

If you're complaining about this DLC being too hard, you are a tool. It is common knowledge that base game can be a bit ridiculous at times but everyone is only complaining about it now? The DLC is fine, stop whining

Usually big expansions like these see the game taking a step in the right direction but sadly, that's not the case this time. Instead of Bungie taking one step in the right direction and 3 steps back, they don't take any step in a right direction but rather 4 steps back. Just to highlight the many cons we have:
-Less build variety
-A very meh subclass (Titans once again get shafted this time)
-A very lackluster story
-Annoying/Unlikable new and existing characters
-Unexplained plot points
-Weak plot points
-A dead and boring new zone
-No more comp freelance

Sure there are some good pros to this expansion like the new loadout system, the removal of armor energy types, and artifact mods being applied permanently without the need to slot them. But that's it. That's all the good new ♥♥♥♥ that was delivered. Only one new strike too? I feel like Bungie doesn't even know what kind of game they want Destiny to be at this point.

I want to like this game but with how slow the devs push out "updates" (they're really just core features that they're reworking and branding as a brand new update) but at the same time constantly pushes out new ♥♥♥♥ for the ingame store just really disappoints me. Hell, Vermintide 2 is getting bigger and better updates more frequently than this dumpster fire.

Compare this game to something like Helldivers 2 (they're squad based shooters, I can compare them) and you decide where to put your time

I'd say this is one of the better 40K games of recent times, almost on par with Mechanicus. While I don't like to compare most 40K games to Mechanicus, I can with this game seeing how they're both similar in a lot of aspects. Grey Knights have always been one of my more favorite factions in 40K so to take control of them in an actually decent game is pretty sick to me. With lots of ways to customize the Knights, each of them really feels like an individual character which I love a lot. The story here is actually pretty interesting with you going across a system with your ship to investigate and purge Nurgle's plague. And boy does grandpa Nurgle not ♥♥♥♥ around.

This game is pretty difficult even on the 2nd difficulty, which I'm fine with as I enjoy a challenge in these types of games. Now the difficulty doesn't stem from the fact that the enemies you fight deal a ton of damage and require you to have like a third eye to predict their moves to fight them and win. The difficulty stems from the ridiculous amount of enemies there are on the map at a given time. A lot of problems stem from this actually because EVERY enemy has to take a turn and move/attack/setup positions which takes so damn long, I could finish reading a lore page about why Vulkan is a childkiller. A good way that Mechanicus balanced this out was that you were able to take more than 4 characters with you on a mission which made it even with the enemy. Here you only get 4 Grey Knights that die pretty quickly if you're not careful with their placement.

Overall, it's a very fun game but the amount of time it takes to complete a single mission due to how many enemies there are compared to your Knights is ridiculous.

This game gets a lot of hate for many reasons, a lot of it warranted, a lot of it not. Sure you gotta run it through games with windows live (I don't mind that personally as it brings back a lot of nostalgia) and sure the gameplay is janky and the story is passable, this game holds a lot of memories for me, almost all of them good. Pick it up on sale with some friends and have some fun.

I don't know why everyone gives this DLC hate. It explores lore about the AdMech that is frankly very interesting. Tech Priests and other members of the AdMech that go rogue in favor of exploring xeno technology and being dubbed "Hereteks" is such a cool concept to me. The story alone is pretty cool and you even get two new units, the Sicarian Infiltrator and Ruststalker, the latter being one of my favorite models. Give it a try, it's very fun to fight your former brother in arms.
