This game has it's issues. It's going to with it being a HEAVY custom content and modder game. This being said, it generally runs well. You can find some of the most unusual and hard to find games. It's relatively easy to add your own things into the game, albeit very tedious and sometimes annoying. You will get plenty of great people to play with as well as the opposite while playing with random people online. It's a cheap game to boot, and well worth the price. It is even getting official gaming licenses from a lot of different table top games (This means those respective games are mostly PAID DLC, but they are official content from their respective creators, and mostly made by said creators). I fully recommend this game, and give the following ratings

Overall: 9/10
Content: 15/10
Learning Curve: 7.5/10
Modding Curve: 8/10 (how easy it was for me to learn to add things into the game)
Optimized to all PC's: 9/10

It's... decent for who made it, and what it is. When I played, there seemed to be a HUGE shortage of things to do, events (rescues and battles) were far and few between, having to wait a few minutes just for one thing to pop up. If they had proper funding and time to continue this, it could easily be one of the best, if not the best, super hero game in existence. The team of 3 students did an outstanding job on everything they've done, but it's 100% far from complete, and gets repetitive and boring very quickly. But it is free, and for free, the content that is there, is league's better than most "finished" AAA game titles.

So, ignoring the complaints this all should've been in the base game at launch (because Universal totes doesn't have any pull or say in what and when content is put in.) This was a REALLY good DLC. And even I agree that a few of the things introduced with this and the update right before it should've come sooner, they are little things, like the rangers and the ACU both being able to tranq and sedate, and they get damaged and attacked by dino's. This added a lot of nostalgia, some really neat back story content, intertwined Cabot Finch to the JP/JW universe fairly nicely, and even mentioned the raptors being mutated from their original forms. Yes, they actually addressed the velociraptors being genetically mutated versions of the actually ones. It only takes about 5ish hours to complete the base story in this DLC, but you get access to so much neat cosmetics and such, 20 bucks is so worth it for this one. Definitely the best story based DLC yet.

Menu doesn't work with mouse and keyboard. Took 25 minutes to load into the main menu. Not going to bother trying to fix this crap. I have better things to do. Buy it if you want. I didn't play it, so I'm only doing this on 5 minutes in the actual game, trying to figure out why the menu and the mouse are in sync. So buy it, could be good, I don't honestly know, nor do I care to find out anymore.

I had gotten the game a couple different times, and returned it everytime. For one, it's a poor naruto game, took everything wrong with all the other naruto games, threw them into this one, added character creation, locked competitive behind high priced characters, which you need to compete, all while trying to pass it as a competitive game, which without all the dlc, isn't really possible. Cool it has season passes, cool, it has character creation. It's a giant POS and a sad sad excuse for a game. Combat is lackluster and choppy, internet lag out the ass, matchmaking is not regulated at all, competitive (or even just to have fun online) is locked behind high priced crap characters (I consider them high priced because the QUALITY isn't on par with the 4 dollar tag. it's only 4 dollars. But for 4 dollars a character, I can get a well designed and animated DBZ fighterz character.). The game is horrible. Why would we ever expect anything else of Bandai Namco though. All there games, at least the PC versions, are absolute ♥♥♥♥.

So let's break this down, cause there's a lot of good, bad, and annoying. First, is this game worth 60? I think so. Is it worth it for anything less than 60? Absolutely. If you can get it on sale, do so, but it's still worth the full price.
Pros:
~Impressive gameplay and realism
~Impressive graphics and visuals (but not the best optimized game, takes ALOT out of your computer no matter what specs you run)
~Modding community is strong
~Constantly updated with various fixes and tweaks, namely at launch the game did not have the updated goalkick rule (you can now be inside the 18 yard box to receive a goalkick from your keeper) but it was updated to include this rule.
~Constantly trying to get more licenses with teams and players, and is the FIRST SOCCER GAME to have a fully, i repeat, FULLY licensed Italian second league (Serie BKT).
~Adds in new player faces, and updates poorly done ones to match the quality of the rest
~ML updates and such are a lot more interesting, you can select the transfer frequency, difficulty, your starting budget, and so on now.
~Adding your own created content is easy to learn and do
~Konami seems more invested into being a better publisher this game, and it really shows, they blow EA out of the water this year in most categories.

CONS:
~Even with new licenses and player likenesses being added regularly, thanks to EA's POS of a game, PES still doesn't have a lot of licenses nor player faces, especially US based ones.
~Arbitrary difficult hikes, scripted games, and so on are more prominent in my opinion this year, but it does fit more with the realism of what COULD happen in real games.
~create a player still has outdated everything. To the point I can't bring myself to create players because they look so poor compared to the players with even the worst important IRL faces. It's really sad and disappointing to not have creation updated with new models, mesh's, patterns and so on. Namely the same crap has been in game (never had it added, but instead taken out of) for creating uniforms and players. Please Konami, do better.
~Over all the game still has similar issues to the last few years, similar bugs and such as well, but this time around, Konami IS VERY ACTIVE IN THE COMMUNITY AND LISTENING TO US. I cannot stress that part enough.

As much as I WANT to say buy this game, for the price of 20 bucks too, I just can't say that due to the poor state the game is in. For this game to have as many major and minor bugs in it not just at launch, but still, is not a good thing. Random crashes, multiplayer connectivity issues (they've addressed both of these) there are a lot of other small bugs that hurt the game's image. So far I've encountered:>>>>> Game automatically resets all hotkeys and graphics settings to original settings+++ Changes language to not english, as well as only being able to move around the map by clicking on the minimap. The game itself looks goods, and when it WORKS it runs really well, and for the price of 20 for the game, or 30 for the combo pack of AOEDE and AOEIIDE I can say the price is definitely awesome. The game just isn't in a solid enough state for me to recommend.

So, because of course EA sucks, I actually have more like 7 hours in this game. I really hate 3rd party EULA crap. Before I praise this game, I want to say I despise EA, like I want the company along with 2k gone from this planet, BUT credit where it's due. They yet again went back on their word, this time in a good way, by not just greenlighting this game, but NOT CANCELLING it. They said single player games suck and don't make money, and would not make another one, so while I say screw them for lying and being stupid, they did so in a good way this time around. You can really only see EA's influence with the fact that the Orange saber color is a pre-order only color (I hate pre-order exclusives too btw) because if EA had any more influence... you'd have to buy all the other colors and skins, and then some. And this game is not that at all. It's well made, well told, good looking, and immensely fun and inviting. The devs did such a fantastic job on this one. If you even remotely want it, get it. You can wait until a sale, get it this second, or whenever. It will still be worth buying in the future too.

9.6/10 from me.

This game, it's stunning in EVERY fricken' way people. Beautiful scenery, good story and story telling, unique and interesting characters, accurate depictions of the terror, mystery, and paranoia of those involved and affected by the Pandemic, a cool little fictional end to it with twists and turns to boot. The models are well made, and move and such pretty smoothly, the survival aspect is there, even when you think you have the game's crap down pat, you die. It's difficult and requires thought most of the time, giving you limited time to figure out most puzzles. The aspect of having a companion always at your side and can hinder you and your survival is actually pretty well done compared to others of the like. The story is captivating and interesting, throwing curveballs frequently. The "villains" are not really villains, but instead fighting for the same solution, just in a more controversial manner. The sheer effort and such put into making this game so amazing and the end product would normally make this an EASY 10/10 from me. Alas, some issues being early on, have arisen. Graphics popping out the butt, could very well be due to your computer itself, and I will be attempting to troubleshoot solutions common to games soon here. But one other major glitch (I say major due to it taking away from the beauty of the game along with potential investment into the story). The eyelashes and the "glossyness" or shine of every character's eyes/eyeballs come off and move around the immediate vicinity of their faces. Not a huge issue, just enough to detract from my personal experience.

6 dollars for crap outfits. Still no outfits/sets for the other races in the game (except very generic ones), and all this adds is 2 or 3 nice-ish sets and a load of steamy ♥♥♥♥. And I mean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥. I'm fine with DLC overall, but this pack is complete garbage. If you didn't get the season pass, don't even bother with this crap shoot of a "Character Creation Set".
