Mez is forcefully drafted into the catastrophic Russo-American war in a plea bargain after being unlawfully accused of assisting the terrorist secessionists NWRA (Northwest Revolutionary Army). Mez must set aside his hatred for his country in order to survive amidst the hellish remains of Los Angeles where he discovers of the twisted delusion of war and finds allies against the self proclaimed actors of history.
