The Frag4YourLife Weekend Tournaments are a series of weekend cups dedicated to testing a brand new map VETO system to see how it functions in a L4D2 tournament setting. Initially, the tournaments will be invite-only and primarily dedicated to the EU/NA scene, however, we may branch out to the wider L4D2 community as time goes on. All Information including Rules, Teams, Maps, and a Video demonstrating how the VETO works will be displayed on the main group page.

VETO System

Each weekend tournament will use a VETO system where teams will ban maps in turn and play on the last remaining map. Map pools will be different for each round and maps played in the semi-finals will be removed from the final map pool. A coinflip will take place to decide which team bans second as they will have the last ban once two maps are left. A demonstration of how the VETO system works can be viewed here . Once map pools are announced, players from both teams are required to have all of the maps in the pool downloaded and installed to avoid delays.

Home/Away System

Home & away matches will be permitted in the event that we have multiple regions however initially our aim is to invite teams from the same region to avoid this.

Information on servers, VPN's, exploits, behaviour, and so on will be inlisted under the Rule Set under the discussions section, but if you have any questions feel free to contact an admin.
