Hey i've been playing around with Vamps and few others.. most of the melee dmg skills seem to be weakish in comparison to base game skills, proo cuz base game skills scale off weapon dmg which makes sense for melee or ranged classes other than casters :) so best if u scale weapon dmg on those kind of class/abilities
