Suggestions for New Weapons (or New Attributes)
Some things for the Frenchman who is constantly looking for butt secks.

Knife

The Life Buyer

Spy sold his soul for the Conniver's Kunai. He sold the other merc's souls to the Medic for this knife.

+On Backstab: You gain one stack of Life. You start with 4 stacks.
+On death: One stack of Life is consumed, your HP is completely restored, you drop a corpse of yourself, you become invisible for .5 seconds, bleed or burns are cured, and you gain 95% damage resistance for .5 seconds. Cloaking while under this invisibility will not make any noise.
-100 max HP
-Deaths to crits or minicrits will consume 2 stacks of life.

Revolver

The Photo Op

Picture perfect with pinpoint precision.

+On hit: Cloaks you as the person you hit at double the speed
+Silent Killer: Kills with this weapon do not show up in the kill feed, and no corpse is left behind. You instantly disguise as the person you killed.
-50% clip size
-20% slower fire speed
-Cannot disguise if using the Your Eternal Reward

Knife

The Strategic Stealer

Turnabout is always fair play.

+On Backstab: Take your opponent's primary weapon. If it is a wearable, immediately gain that weapon's effects. If their primary is disabled, take their secondary. None of your own weapons can be disabled through this method. Weapons stolen in this way will only have the weapon's clip or 20 ammo loaded. Using up all the ammo you have will cause you to drop your stolen weapon. Stealing another weapon in this way will replace your current stolen weapon.
-Ammo crates are 75% less effective at replacing ammo
-Disables your primary weapon
-Cannot be cloaked with your primary out. Switching to your primary will uncloak you.
-.3 second longer uncloak time

The Blood Brotherhood

Camradery is fickle, but a friend lasts forever.

+While you are healing, you and your heal target share a health pool, with 25% of all the damage the medic or the heal target receives gets transferred over the healing beam (as in 25% of the damage you would receive does not hurt you).
+While healing, if you would take lethal damage, your HP is reduced to 1 and 75% of leftover damage is transferred over the medibeam
+While healing, you and your heal target gain a 10% damage resistance

Uber Type: Immortality. Both you and your heal target cannot die, and any damage that would normally kill either of you instead reduces your health to 1. At the end of the uber, 50% of all the damage you and your heal target received over the uber duration is returned back as health immediately, which can overheal, and has no cap.

The Psychadelic Physician

It was inevitable that our Teutonic man of medicine would experiment with drugs.

+While healing, your heal target gains a 10% damage buff
+Taunting with this weapon will heal you for 50 HP (and the taunt is the Kritzkrieg Taunt)
-15% Uber build rate
-Using an Uber within Vaccinator buff time after using an Uber will make you drunk as long as a Vaccinator Buff
-Using an Uber while Drunk will deal 25 self damage which is not modified by any vulnerabilities or minicrit vulnerability.

Uber Type: NOT MEDICINE. Vaccinator divisions. You and your heal target gain a speed buff and your heal target deals minicrits as long as a Vaccinator buff. Uber buff is not dependent on healing, so you can pop the uber and stop healing but the buff persists

The Cheapskate's Clinician

Medic got transferred to an underfunded free clinic. This is his attempt to make do with his abysmal budget.

+While healing, you also generate an Amputator aura around you that is as effective as the taunt. This also heals you at 50% effectiveness, and this healing can count towards your Uber, and does overheal.
+Your overheal does not decay.
-This aura can heal enemy players
-15% slower heal rate
-50% less overheal

Uber Type: Socialized Medicine. You generate the Amputator aura regardless of healing, and it is boosted to 150% strength compared to the Amputator. The aura no longer heals enemies (save disguised spies), and all friendly players (including disguised spies) gain a 25% damage resistance while in the aura.

Bonk! Dark

a.k.a. The Caffeinated Kleptomaniac

Apparently all you need to make some weaponized soda is some Jarate and Bonk!. Don't try this at home kids.

Mad Milk type weapon, including effect radius and recharge time

+Heals all friendly players (including you) for one small health pack's worth that can overheal. This does not extinguish.
+Hitting an enemy (including disguised spies) will reduce all their healing values by 50%, and heal YOU as much as it heals them. This can overheal, but other weapons can interfere with how effective this healing is. (Proposed nerf to Boston Bulldog will eliminate health pack heals and severely reduce Medic heals. You will not gain HP from health packs the opponent gets and will have health gains from other medics be reduced by 90% as well.) Lasts 10 seconds.
+Hitting enemy players will cover them in water for 10 seconds.

Trap shooting fat Russians has never been easier thanks to Mann Co.

+Primary and melee attacks reveal players to you and only you for 8 seconds. You cannot reveal another player until that person either dies or the reveal expires. Cloaked spies do not appear, although bonuses last until the 8 seconds is up.
+25% damage bonus against revealed enemies
+Getting a kill instantly restores this weapon's clip.
-25% damage penalty against non-revealed enemies while there is a revealed person on the map.
-66% smaller clip size

Righteous Bison style weapon

+Holding the fire button charges the clip. Releasing the fire button fires the shot.
+50% larger clip size (six "shot" maximum)
+Shot deals more damage the more it is charged, from a 30% damage penalty to a 30% damage bonus.
+Shots with a 3 and above charge pierce enemies. Shots with a 5 and above charge can hit the same person repeatedly
+This weapon has infinite ammo
-Deal 1 damage to self per second while weapon is fully charged after one second
(Projectile speed is that of the old Bison)

+Pressing ALT-FIRE will propel you forward at 140% speed in whatever direction you are looking for 5 seconds. Firing a rocket ends it prematurely. Consumes one rocket in the clip if not ended prematurely. (May or may not count as a rocket jump depending on whether or not it makes it unbalanced or not. I'm erring on it counting, but let me know.)
+Fall damage can be altered by how you approach the ground while ALT-FIRE is active, from doubling to negating fall damage
-Cannot reload while airborne
-20% damage vulnerability while airborne

Convincing your teammates to fight on through adversity is hard. Audio propaganda is much easier.

+While your melee is out, you gain a passive speed increase that negates Soldier's inherent move speed penalty.
+You give a 10% damage increase to teammates around you (not you) in banner radius. This bonus is boosted to 15% while your melee is out.
+You give a 10% damage resistance to teammates around you in banner radius. You gain a 15% damage resistance while your melee is out.
+You give a 10% fire rate speed to teammates around you (not you). Your melee swing speed is increased by 10%

Yes. Part of this is inspired by that great soldier, WHIPPING YOU MAGGOTS INTO SHAPE. His dedication to killing people with only his melee despite being a Soldier is commendable.

The Gear Shifter

Engie learns how to drive stick.

While active, you can shift between various gears of your sentry using primary and alt-fire. This lasts beyond holstering the weapon. You start out in third gear, and shifting gears costs 10 metal. You cannot switch gears while your sentry is being sapped.

Park: Disables your sentry, but your sentry regenerates health and ammo at 5% per second, your sentry has 25% general damage resistance with an extra 15% resistance to explosives, and your sentry functions as a dispenser for HP only. Sentries sapped while in Park get their damage resistance upped to 75%.
1st Gear: Your sentry fires 25% slower and has a 10% damage penalty, but your sentry knockback is increased, your sentry gains 25% damage resistance, and your sentry regenerates HP at 3% per second
3rd Gear: Normal fire
5th Gear: Your sentry fires 25% faster and has a 10% damage increase, but your sentry no longer deals knockback, your sentry has a 25% damage vulnerability, and your sentry loses 3% HP per second while active.
Overdrive: Your sentry fires 25% faster, has a 25% damage increase, and finds targets almost instantly, but your sentry no longer deals knockback, your sentry has a 40% damage vulnerability, your sentry loses 5% HP per second, and if your sentry gets sapped by any sapper, it is instantly destroyed.

Make your shots count, and you will be rewarded.

+Getting a kill, not an assist, with this weapon adds a stack of Supplies. Max 4. For each stack, your rifle gains a 10% damage bonus, but a 10% slower charge rate. Unique bonuses are gained per level. All stacks are lost upon resupplying.
1 Stack: Successful hits with your primary do not consume ammo.
2 Stacks: Kills restore 25 HP
3 stacks: Primary and Melee Kills add one bullet to reserves. Cannot add above reserve cap.
4 stacks: Kills do not unscope the rifle, firing only reduces charge by 75% instead of draining rifle charge, and you reload 50% faster. Secondary fire rate and melee swing speed is increased by 15%
-60% less ammo (10 shots)
-Ammo crates only ever give one bullet for this weapon

The Devious Dud Launcher

Originally codenamed INDIRECT HIT. Soldier wanted to codename this "Screaming Eagles", but Miss Pauline said no.

+On contact with any surface or player: Rocket loses propulsion and slowly falls straight to the ground without ever exploding. Rockets do not roll once they hit the ground. Rocket physics are similar to stickybombs, only instead airblasts, stickybomb explosions, other rockets, etc. that normally push around stickybombs will shatter these rockets
+Hitting ALT-FIRE will cause all rockets to explode, even while mid air.
+Double Donk: You will deal a minicrit if you directly hit someone with both the rocket and the explosion
-Rockets do not explode normally and deal minimal damage and knockback on direct hit
-You will misfire if you have more than 5 rockets out, with a 50% damage penalty
-Rockets shatter after 6 seconds

I would not advise trying to mess with these

+Stickybombs detonate whenever they would be moved or destroyed, regardless if they are armed or not.

-Manually detonating stickybombs disables your ALT-FIRE for 3 seconds
-Stickybombs not detonated manually have a 25% damage penalty
