Lv 1. Only fires one bullet at a time with a massive fire rate penalty, but has massive damage.

Lv 2. Doubles fire rate.

Lv 3. Bullets now deal damage in a radius akin to 75% of a stock rocket launcher with all the falloff logic of radius damage. Radius damage does not deal knockback. Rockets fired have a 50% blast radius penalty and 85% damage penalty on the initial blast, but they move at Direct Hit speed and release 3 minibombs that explode at full pipe damage.

Turnabout is always fair play.

+On Backstab: Take your opponent's primary weapon. If it is a wearable, immediately gain that weapon's effects. If their primary is disabled, take their secondary. None of your own weapons can be disabled through this method. Weapons stolen in this way will only have the weapon's clip or 20 ammo loaded. Using up all the ammo you have will cause you to drop your stolen weapon. Stealing another weapon in this way will replace your current stolen weapon.
-Ammo crates are 75% less effective at replacing ammo
-Disables your primary weapon
-Cannot be cloaked with your primary out. Switching to your primary will uncloak you.
-.3 second longer uncloak time

-On consumption: Your minigun is 300% less accurate, and you move 35% slower while revved up. This lasts for 15 seconds.

15 second respawn time. Cannot be boosted by health packs.

Sharing your shot counts for a small health pack.
