The Cannoneer's Cutlass

This is what happens when Tavish drinks rum instead of his usual Scrumpy.

Has sword mechanics
+Gives the speed boost of the Booties regardless of whether you have a shield equipped.
+Gain the speed boost of the Booties if you have a shield equipped.
+DOUBLES speed boost if both the Booties and a shield are equipped.
-Halves max overheal capacity. Mediguns with max overheal penalties apply to the new overheal capacity

Why did Volvo get rid of the speed boost without a shield?

Engineer

The Self-Aware Shock Stick

The Lazyneer's best friend.

+All buildings gain a fourth level. Lv 4 buildings gain a spark effect and disable for .5 seconds.
Sentry: 50 more HP. Rockets fire 25% faster
Dispenser: Restores 70 metal per tick and heals even faster
Teleporter: Teleporter becomes two way and restores 25 HP on use. This can overheal.
+Buildings self-upgrade the more they are used.
Sentry: Lv 2. 100 damage dealt. Lv 3. 150 damage dealt Lv 4. 200 Damage dealt
Dispenser: For every 100 HP healed, it gains a level.
Teleporter: Lv 2. 2 teleports. Lv 3. 3 teleports. Lv. 4. 3 teleports. Teleports are recorded on
the entry teleporter.
-Cannot manually upgrade buildings
-The Max Level PDA does not work properly... but does reduce building health.

Mad Milk style weapon

+On enemy hit: For 15 seconds, any healing the target would receive is cut by 75% and 66% of the cut healing is given to you instead. This can overheal (and is treated like medic healing, so no BS Boston Bulldog shenanigans.) and can go beyond overheal capacity.
+On enemy hit: Douses the opponent in water for 15 seconds.
+On friendly hit (Including yourself): Restores one small health pack worth of HP. Does not cure debuffs.

Welp. This stuff is either going to be brilliant or stupid. All I know is that it's all Borderlands references, and MR. TORGUE is happy because EXPLOSIONS!!!!! Every single name is a reference to one of Torgue's weapons, can you get them all?

Soldier got more BOOM!

+Rockets, whenever they would explode or be destroyed, drop a small mini-grenade that explodes one second later.
+Double Donk!: Hitting an opponent with both the rocket and mini-nade will cause the mini-grenade to register as a minicrit
-40% damage penalty on opponents (Mini-grenades deal the same damage as rockets.)
-Rocket deals no push force on opponents.
-20% smaller blast radius

The Ingenious Injector

The Frenchmen are about to learn to fly.

+Fires rockets instead of bullets, with all the perks that come with that. (They have the blast radius of a Direct Hit and the direct hit damage of a stock revolver. The rocket model is the Air Strike, and gravity affects the rockets slightly.)
-33% smaller clip size
-Rocket jumping is such a new and scary thing that you piss yourself for the duration of the jump and for 2 seconds after landing.
-50% longer reload speed

The Speedster's Stalker

We tried making it fire gyrojets, but we didn't want to overload the servers. We settled with explosive bullets instead.

+On hit: 50% of the damage you deal is delayed for one second, and released in an explosion centered on the target hit. This explosion can damage you.
+This weapon reloads its entire 6 shot clip at once.
+20% more accuracy
-50% slower reload speed
-15% slower fire speed
-20% less bullets per shot

The Surgical Strike

Rewards the accuracy of your bombing runs. Target wisely.

-70% smaller blast radius while rocket jumping
-Cannot be crit boosted

The Chain Reactor

This explosion begets a lot more...

+On hit: Target will explode two seconds later at 80% stock damage. You can create chain reactions with subsequent explosions, but each time another 20% damage is reduced, but blast radius is increased by 10%. This can affect you as well as opponents.
-Initial hit deals minimal damage
-15% slower reload speed
-15% slower fire speed

The Freedom Fighter's Firewall

Stopping that harmful enemy propaganda (general harm) from reaching your patriotic ears (soft, squishy parts). GOD BLESS AMERICA! (I survived way more abuse than a normal person should.)

+Dealing damage with this weapon while under any debuff completely cures your debuffs.
+Surviving a debuff adds a stack of Patriotism. For each stack of Patriotism, you gain 10% damage resistance to bullet, explosive, and fire damage. Max 5.
+At five stacks of Patriotism, you can survive one lethal blow with 1 HP. You will be Ubered for 2 seconds, be reduced to melee for the Uber duration, and all your stacks of Patriotism will be consumed.
-Any critical hits ignore your resistances.
-25% crit damage vulnerability
-15% slower fire rate

The Wasted Warhead

The logical conclusion of excessive Bonk! and Crit-a-Cola consumption.

+On hit: Charges an Instability meter. Getting 15 hits will charge the meter. When full, taunting will give you Uber during the taunt and cause your melee swings to explode for 10 seconds after. You have a Battalion's Backup buff for the duration, and you are immune to self damage.
-25% slower swing speed
-You are restricted to melee while Instability is active.

Good luck hitting much, but when it hits...

This weapon reloads its entire 2 shot clip at once
+Pressing ALT-FIRE will fire both shots simultaneously with a 50% fire rate penalty, 25% slower reload on your next reload, 30% less accuracy (45% less accurate compared to stock), and you take 25 self damage. (Damage is applied after firing, so a suicidal shot will still fire.)
-15% less accurate

Never kick a man when he's down. Throw an axe at him from far away instead.

+Crits targets that are taking minicrits (Target must be Jarate'd or Marked for Death)
+Minicrits foes that are burning, bleeding, stunned, or Milked
+Deals more damage the further away the target is
-35% damage penalty
-On hit: Halves the rest of the duration of the debuff. (If MfD due to active weapon like Rescue Ranger hauling or GRU, the MfD is removed immediately on holstering instead of lasting for a little bit after.)

The Workman's Comp

Heavy does his job, and his gun takes care of him in return.

+On hit: Add a stack of Compensation. Max 75.
+On De-rev: Consume all stacks of Compensation and restore 2 ammo and 3 HP per stack.
+Defense increases the longer your gun is revved, up until 30% damage resist all
-Accuracy decreases the longer your gun is revved, up until 100% less accurate
-Gun damage decreases the longer your gun is revved, up until you deal minimal damage
-50% slower de-rev time

The Tiny Terror

Even with this, you will still need much bigger gun.

+On kill with this weapon: Gain a speed boost for 5 seconds

The Scorching Soviet

Heavy is on fire... literally.

+Continuous firing charges a Heat meter. Ceasing firing maintains Heat. De-revving slowly decays heat meter.
25% Heat meter and above: Gain 20% fire damage resistance
50% Heat meter and above: Shots now ignite enemies based on damage done, from .5 to 3
seconds, at 2 damage per tick
75% Heat Meter and above: Burn damage now increased to regular afterburn damage, and
your Fire damage resistance upped to 40%
100% Heat meter: You gain a 20% damage bonus against burning enemies, 100% afterburn
damage resistance, and you self ignite. Bullet damage now registers as fire damage, and
any enemy who touches you (bumps into you and anyone who melees you) is lit on fire.
-25% damage penalty
-15% slower fire speed
