The President has announced a major push to get as many Commanders as possible to Rating 5, and keep them there. This will not only benefit individual Commanders, but will boost overall faction effectiveness.

I attained Rating 5 this cycle as did many other Commanders, in the first big push. It can be done easily, with teamwork and a bit of dedication to our President's cause. We need you at Rating 5 Commander, let us help yoiu get there.
