Multiplayer code of conduct
I was thinking that now that the group has over 500 members and the release of the game is getting closer, don't we need some rules of multiplayer code of conduct?

I must confess I don't have information about who gets the win when somebody gets disconnected but I would bet it goes to the one that is still online. I would think that if the group has some code of gentlemanly conduct for multiplayer it could help us in the long run.

well disconect isnt fun so if the 2 players who were playing against eachother wants to know who would really win they could always do a rematch right?

This is actually a good discussion to develop. Maybe we can get the multi-player mod to chime in with what has been learned thus far. Propbuddha, any insights?

If somebody disconnects in a ranked game, they get a disconnect on their record and the other player gets a win. From my experience the game does a good job of assigning these correctly.

A disconnect may affect your ranking like a loss. I believe it does but I'm not 100% sure...

- If you get a free second action after getting a kill glitch. Don't take it.
- Don't join a game, then piece together a build for 10 minutes in the host lobby.
- Using "ready" -> "cancel" and being impatient to start the match is rude.
- Don't say "I should have won" when you meant "I should have played better". Have respect.
- Generally, be nice and share knowledge. Grow the game, not your ego.
