Steam hiding drive space in uninstalled game folders

The decision to delete or not delete user data should only be down to the user, although a decent uninstaller should make you aware of the remaining data.

I concurr, this usually is for temp-files like preferances and cookies, therefor not limited to the Program Files directory, there're even more undeleted files than that.
But on top of that, for modded games there can be 3rd party mod managers taking up space: i currently have the old Nexus Mod Manager (most clear as to what files are overwritten by other mods) Vortex (most user friendly), and MO2 (overall the most elaborate).

Revo Uninstaller is good at finding files besides the ones that are addressed by a given regular uninstaler. Beware, Revo and the likes are no tools for Ppl who don't know how to be careful with their OS.

The Playtest app has its own community hub you can make use for discussions, feedback, announcements etc. If you or your audience prefer another feedback tool, we'd suggest linking it from an announcement on the Playtest app.

Did this happen with the same guide multiple times?

Let's hope it's a one-time thing for each and any guide, to learn about them. Perhaps even build a seperate trust-factor for UGC + new spamfilter? When new spamfilter hit, i got scam-reports under review every day, negating quick response on the reports. Several game screenshots about bugs in Early Access games were hit as well and i quickly received a Community Ban. I have been whitelisted since. In essence, the mechanics for expansion of existing or another type of trust-factor are present.

R.I.P. Steam, another nail in the coffin

Fox wrote in his chatroom they were forced to resign. The chatroom likey has been disbanded by now.
Fox maintained a chat like Colt still does and was one of most active moderators in combatting scammers and phishers. Like, he was the only (payed or volunteer) mod to be joined at both (EN & RU) official Steam anti-scam forums i know of. He's still Admin and moderator there but has no power anymore to act on our reports. As such, with Alkusin stepping in for Fox when needed, yeah, i do see this as another nail in the coffin.

Note, individual Ppl may resign on personal issues. An entire team resigns for more general reasons.
