So since there is such a confusion about the ranks, here is the proper ranking system we should use.
Pakhan- The Boss of the Mafia
Baron-Second in command, usual a group of 4 members
Derzhatel obschaka- Secondary title, could be any member, the "book keeper" or debt collecter
Brigadier-Similar to generals, above the basic members but below the Barons
Bratok or Pacan or Brodyaga- The basic members, the soldiers, or the "goon squad"
So lets finally get these ranks sorted
