I'm not sure how important that is, but theoretically they can use that "exploit" to pin/sticky advertisement on top of the guides index (maybe gambling/scam site links?):

All it takes is a Reddit post or YouTube video for this to explode.
There are way too many guides I reported (YES, THE BUTTON) on day-0 that haven't been removed for weeks and now they're all 4-5 starred on top rated page. I probably have one of highest report accuracies, if my reports aren't being actioned then whose reports/what guides are being removed in their place? (rhetorical question)
