Dont cry, its SIMPLE PIE!

The term Simple Pie came from many years ago. Me and my cousin had been awake for about 2 days playing PS2 games, one of these games was Tokyo Xtreme Racer: Zero. In said game you would rank up, earn parts and cars, the normal stuff in a street racing game.

Something this game had though was a name system, every so often your name would change for reason I never understood but in the midsts of our delusional, sleep depriving, gaming, the name changed to "Simple Pie". I don't know when the name changed or how long it was there but glancing up at the corner of the screen I noticed it and with a small chuckle I pointed it out to my cousin.

My mind, completely gone from lack of sleep, decided this was the most hilarious thing I had ever seen. The chuckle turned into a full laugh, the laugh into a fit of nonstop laughter, the laughter, into a horrifying state of shock as I couldn't stop myself from laughing, my lungs empty of oxygen, my body convulsing with each heave of my diaphragm. My conscious mind was in a panic, I saw stars then I noticed my vision was going black, I wanted to stop laughing but I couldn't, tears were rolling down my face as I used every bit of control I had over my body to breathe but I couldn't suck in a single breath.

Finally, or maybe luckily, I was able to take in a small gasp of air, I regained some control and was able to pull out of this nose-dive of a laugh and level out. It was on this day that Simple Pie became part of my life, or maybe -I- became... Simple Pie.
