Solo/Duo Rust Server with QOL Mods

Welcome to the Steam Group for the Mantis Den. This group is meant to serve as the social hub of the server, where players can ask questions and organize polls or events. Suggestions are not only accepted, they are encouraged.

The primary goal of our server is to be a vanilla Rust experience with quality of life mods that make the game have a smoother feeling to it. The vast majority of mods on the server do not impact gameplay in any way.

We are currently trying out a 2x gather rate and a 2 week wipe cycle, as voted for by the community.

This server is meant to be a solo/duo server and that rule will be very strictly enforced. Any sort of attempts to abuse this rule will immediately and swiftly be met with a permanent ban. No exceptions.

We try not to police people's behavior, but we are trying to curate a certain type of community on our server. Many of the players on our server are new, and a lot of solo/duo players are looking for a more "casual" Rust experience. Raiding, KOS, PvP, etc, is allowed, but just try not to be a big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about it. That's our primary rule. Excessive griefing is not allowed. (More info in the forum)

In short:
-No cheating
-No spamming
-No breaking the duo rules
-No consistent toxicity
(Basically, no being an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥)

The admins of this server are Stinky Feces and Seepage Putty, and they will both be playing actively (including raiding) but will not be using any sort of administrative advantage. We ultimately created this server just because the sort of Rust experience that we were looking for doesn't really exist. The server is here for us to enjoy, as well as you. It is our intent to be as transparent about all of this as possible, and we will do our very best to make it clear that we are not engaging in any sort of misconduct.

To avoid any sort of accusations of favoritism or anything in our moderation/administration of the server, we will not be accepting any friend requests. Any sort of questions should be asked here or on the server itself.

For new players: You are welcome here, and we would love to help you. We were all new to the game at some point, and I don't really view that as a bad thing. While new players will not receive any sort of special aid or treatment, we as admins will do our very best to welcome you into our community and to give you all the advice and assistance that you need in order to succeed.
