It has ModularPowersuits, Mekanism, Blood Magic, Thaumcraft, Witchery, Pneumaticcraft, Defense Tech (fork of ICBM), Necromancy, among other standard.
But not Draconic Evolution, which is consedered overpowered.

- I highly recommend this pack and server. It's pure anarchy without claims, highly populated (20-55 players), admins do a good job dealing with duping/cheating

I found you're group a while back and I myself am also love Anarchy server, so I've been looking and looking for ages, and managed to find a great server, spread it to all you're friends

No, mostly via reddit posts about FTB servers. And we were playing on some anarchy servers, one was on TPPI pack (small server) and second I think was SESIgames (don't remember the pack).
