I've even gotten 3 biohazards on mega-brutal prion! I love that the huge population allows for a considerable DNA boost early-on, as well as making multiple animal transmissions viable.(especially Rodent II for casual , Bat 2 for necroa virus, and Dog I if you want to try your hand at the 'Nipah Virus' official scenario.
The poor work ethic & hygiene standarts also drastically help towards mid-game, as almost no cure research can happen! (big Advantage on harder difficulties)
In conclusion I love China for not only being a solid starting ground for both beginner and experienced players, as well as providing easy access to Phillipines and New Guinea, both being hard-to-infect island countries!
Much love 🥰🥰❤️
