The context for this TWI's "community" "manager" "Molly" is the "combat medics" phenomenon.

Basically, in KF2 the field medic has a choice of 2 sets of skills, known as "right side" or "left side":

The right side is geared more towards solo play, while all the left skills benefit the team, mostly. Overall, field medic, per its role, should be the most team-oriented perk and its role is mostly team support.

Obviously, KF2 is a coop game and most of the gamer population, I would say >90%, play it mostly online in teams. So, naturally, especially earlier in KF2 lifetime, most medics were running with left side skills. The more cohesive team is, the less likely the medic runs any right side skills. In pubs it's a gamble, but on higher difficulties a medic that runs any right side skills faces higher chances of getting kicked.

Now enter TWI not knowing what makes their game good and being clueless about its balance.

So they have a end-of-the-year survey they've been sending out for multiple years. One of the questions there was which skills do you typically run on each perk. Then they run the stats and find that almost nobody plays right side skills with medic.

A gamer would say: "Huh, no wonder. It's a coop game. Would be retarded if medics were running right side skills that don't benefit the team".

But TWI employees are clueless. They go over the survey results and see skills that are barely used. Their conclusion? "Let's buff the underutilized skills then"!

So they've been tuning the right medic skills up for all these years. This overtuning has resulted in the pub medics running with right side skills more and more.

So, naturally, gamers are creating these topics on a regular basis where they trash right side or "combat" medics and ask the company to do something about it. It happens like once in a few months.

One of such topics finally picks up Molly's attention and she produces this brainfart of a response. This is where you can see how deluded TWI employees are about this game and how detached they are from how people play it.

First off she doesn't even understand the concern. "Huh?", LMAO. "WTF this fan is even talking about?" Meanwhile any fan who plays this game on any consistent basis immediately would recognize the concern as the well known "combat medic" issue.

Then she struggles even with proper names for things. "Gadget", my ass. I've been following this game for years and not a single time I heard any gamer calling a skill a "gadget". These are skills. But she has no idea. She has no command of the vocabulary. Even their wiki talks about skills. Never gadgets.

Then, obviously, the medic gas which is a result either of a medic grenade dropped or the effect of the either of 25 lvl skills, is not nearly enough. In intense games on HoE and even Suicidal, not even talking about harder, medic's job is to shoot the darts almost non-stop. If another player had the only option to regain health through a "gadget", LMAO, they are much more likely to die during such a game.

So, imagine being a community manager at TWI. A company of 100 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, all salaried employees who have to be paid regularly. Their #1 cash cow game is KF2. They've been mindlessly breaking the balance for years out of miguided care for "underutilized skills". Which resulted in the overtuning so high, that even the skills detrimental to the team are chosen in team games. People complain about it. And you come to their topics and like "Huh? Huh? Huh? What are you even talking about? But what about gadgets?"

LMAO! Hahahahaha!

None of these 100 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ play this game on a regular basis. They shield themselves from their fans. They've been banning them left and right on all communication platforms. They specifically changed their forums rules to allow themselves to ban their fans for any reason and prohibit questioning their moderation decisions.

When they condescend to hold so-called "community games", they play only with preselected bootlickers. When they stream such games it's a non-stop cringiest facepalm ever. As an example, they routinely get wiped by spawnraged fleshpounds with zero counterplay and then every player is like "okay". Nobody even dares touching it with a question like "well, maybe spawnrage on fleshpounds was a bad idea?"

Or, "well, can't we all agree that right side medic skills aren't team oriented and shouldn't be picked in coop online games?"
