All admins and higher can choose to have custom tag instead of having [ADMIN] before name.
Nothing long pls, color stays the same.

Changes to Supervisor

Supervisor can no longer !givecredits
but everything is unlocked for him. (all store items, VIP, admin commands)
supervisor still has higher immunity then admins and can take actions against them.

Head-Admin and Owner (co.owner) are only ones that can give credits from now and those ranks will only be given to most trusted members.
