Christian Gmod Outreach is a group which proves that God can use anyone, even gamers. We are a group which does virtual street preaching and builds churches on various RP servers. If anyone is interested in learning about Christianity, scheduling a live debate, or just simply having a discussion about world-views, we would encourage you to join our group. As the owner of the group I am sorry to say that me and corn have been letting this group die. I will say that since both myself and corn are both of a younger age school gets in the way of our duties for this group. A fair amount of you know school can be quite stressful because it requires maximum effort. Since we are forced to learn new information rather then do the same thing over and over that a normal job would require it makes us too tired to deal with our group duties. I ask everyone who might be reading this to please add as many people to this group as you can because this group still holds vast amounts of useful information even though we might not be active. I would like all of you to think of this group as a sort of library for information about world views.

SERMONS WILL ONLY BE ON "BREAKS" FROM NOW ON

Back in the summer when me and Zimbo had first started this group (even before Jadon had joined), we did a sermon. About 8-9 people showed up. A week or two later, Jadon joined, along with many others. That week's sermon had about 13-14 people show up. I have no problem giving up my free time during the week for 13-14 people. Hell, I'll give up my free-time every week for 5 people. But two, no. The last couple weeks anywhere from 2-4 people have been showing up to the sermons.
I counted who wasn't there. And the people I counted, I knew exactly why they weren't there. Some had homework, some had work, some had sports, etc. During the summer break or Christmas break, none of those things are an issue. So, because people (including myself) are far too busy during the normal year to come to the sermons, the sermons are cancelled. I will still be having them during the "breaks" however (Christmas, summer, easter, spring, etc), but not every week.

The point of the "sermons" is to provide you guys with a library of information on various topics, like Islam, Catholicism, etc. It's not to teach you spirtial lessons, you can find those on YouTube, or in this great book, I'd highly recommend it, called "The Bible".
I can make far better sermons if I have more time. If they're not every week, I can make them far better. Plus, I get to enjoy my life. But like I said, I'm willing to give up all of my free time for 13-15 people.
The final reason I've made this decision is the group it's self. What's the name of this group? Say it in your head. Christian Gmod Outreach. The point of this group is to go out and preach to people. This group is about setting up a "Challenge the Christian" booth on Gmod servers, and debating people. This group is about meeting someone named "the ♥♥♥♥ am I looking at", and see him become a Christian half a year later. This group is about reaching out to someone in your TTT match named "MLJesus", and seeing him become a Christian a couple months later. This group is about making the truth known, and confronting people who are wasting thier life playing video games, when they could be learning about God. If I don't have to worry about sermons every week, I can finally go back onto servers and preach again, the fundamental basis of this group.

I thought this over for a long time, and I think this is the best option for everyone right now. I may still be on Skype on Saturdays, if you want to chill and talk. If I'm not, just message me on steam, and we can set up a time to talk/debate/whatever.
