Oh Evocity the proud city state that exists within the borders of Arkansas, but you can also get to Evocity through a porthole in a secret underground castle located in the capital of denmark. Hence all the danish kids.

The traffic is horrible and chaotic, you are allowed to attain a drivers license at any age with no required test. A matter a fact you get your license for free included with the first car you buy. So if you walk on evocity sidewalks don't feel safe, you might get ran over by a danish kid, or an 8 year old for the laughs or the distractions.

The majority of the population of evocity consist of poor unemployed civilians, hence why the majority of them are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up pot selling, pot growing, and pot smoking criminals. It's the only way to make money unless that is.. You become a government official.

Justice? HA, that is a joke. These policemen are the bane of the majority populations existence. This is because the majority of the cities populace are drug lords and users. Don't break any laws or these guys will be on you like a dog on meat. They'll beat you, shoot you, and harass you they simply don't give a ♥♥♥♥.

Since there defeat at Exiled in the hands of many an angry crowd, city officials (Admins) that ran them out they have been scattered and unofficialized. A good chunk of these guys are close friends and before when loucks was around he had a good amount of power within the city.

These guy's will appear within the city limits once in a while, they are usually out of town though but when they are roaming about they travel together. While not having that many members they always stick close.

ICANDEHI
These guys are the joksters, the laughers and the high up hoard. They like to have fun and there numbers are great. A good chunk of them usually roam around with F50's and are very rich.
