Peter Byron has been offered to go back to the State of Texas, and lead it as a Republic, as he previously had. With that in mind he will sign as One Year Truce with the New American Republic. He will be incontrol of the three most Southern Provinces along the Mexican border. He will not be harmed. He will be forced to abolish Slavery, and therefore hand over all previous lands, not states in the above text, to the New American Republic, where it shall be rulled on the platform of Freedom, Strength, and democracy.
