In the last three weeks we have purchased and set up our teamspeak, made a playwithsix for our unit's modset, and made some changes in leadership. The final step in preparation is to get everyone subscribed to the playwithsix and connected and tagged on the teamspeak. Download those programs if you don't have them already; the squad leaders will help everyone get set up. At that point we will (finally) be done with development, so we will start missions ideally every weekend and squads will train in their own time. Our upcoming work isn't critical so we can do it after we've started missions. That work includes buying a domain to use for the teamspeak and, if we choose, a website, and making the air squad a more independent detachment with its own ranks, structure, and roles.
