You are out of your mind.
His application though.
Jesus F. Christ, that's absolutely nothing special. My shitty self can pull that off, too, given an hour. Actually, here you go:

My name's Lagger, and here's my application for being a mod. It's really no point to describing myself, you can simply check my profile if you feel like you don't know me, I couldn't give you a better summary anyways. You can chuck questions my way if you want to know more, but beware that I'll be answering those by bulk.

There's quite a bit to my irl past, most of which is better left unturned. Questions that way may or may not be ignored depending on what you ask and how relevant i think it is.

I've been a reg for quite a few long years, all the way to the time of a group few here even know existed. For around nine months i was a reg on the TF2 forums themselves, at the time so were people like Darkanine, Radiant, Hamm, 21st Sentry Fox, C14, Malik, and many others I can't even remember anymore. The first group I was part of was named "Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Ssaturdays, Sundays." Yes, it was intentionally misspelled, blame Hamm. That group was a massive spamfest, where everyone was given mod status, and ended up infamously raiding a bunch of forums before a couple people ate community bans to the face. That was, I believe, 2013.

I've been in IMMOTFWBAH for as long as it was active, posting regularily. I never took any chances on becoming a mod then, mostly because for quite a while moderation there was going smoothly. Over time, the group picked up a bunch of people from both the TF2 forums and elsewhere, mostly through recommendations, and that ended up getting some the likes of Steve Buscemi and Dusty in, and that in turn sparked a whole boatload of drama that ended with Radiant leaving and many following suit. That whole episode happened within the timespan of two weeks, with me being gone the second week. By the by, I should be famous for always being gone when the group dissolved and someone made another one.

I was invited to RH within its first week of existence, and stuck there again until it completely dissolved. Again, at the time, I didn't become a mod, because at first there was no need, and after that, drama blew up around who gets to be mod and who doesn't, so it just wasn't worth the trouble. RH was actually by far the most dramatic of all the groups. I can't remember how long exactly was it active, but during its existence FCU became a thing, Pyrofish then replaced with The Regs, The Republic had its episode of "waging wars" on other groups, the whole mess around FCU2 some of the mods here were already part of... eventful times, actually. At the time I wasn't particulairily fond of the constant drama so I did my best to steer clear. The Regs were my primary posting place for a bit because of that, actually.

When Flippy announced he'd be deleting RH, a bunch of people tried to step up and make their own groups. Among them Geech decided that his main selling point would be cleaning up the mod list, and when I, like always, came back from being away for a week, I was asked to be a mod in his group. I accepted that, but there wasn't ever much need for me to actually act moderatory. The group was peaceful for a while, then slowly died off in favor of Waterfall Nest. One more drama later, we had ZONE 2, that died off too, and I moved off to other sites and The Regs again until this place happened.

As for my mod experience, that goes back a bit in the story. In 2014, I became part of the Gamer without Borders Insurgency clan, after about a month of playing regularily on of the servers it runs (or used to run, rather). The clan was famous for running one of the few european servers that only ran the Ambush gamemode, which is by far the most difficult and skill-based of them all. Loved the guys. I was appointed as a server admin after about two months in the group, because I frequented it, and nobody ever forwarded complaints about how I did my part in that. In fact, I was popular as the "admin bitch", the guy who went out of his way to tweak things so that the clan had a better server. I also was a carabine god and have been there as bench replacement that wasn't ever necessary when Nate Dogg turned to make a competetive team, picked a bunch of clanmates, and went on to win three or four tourneys so decisively it didn't even look like an achievement the last time.

When Evolve became a thing, and the Alpha for that game hit, I became a regular and eventually a semi-mod ("leader") for the game's forums. Although since then I've stopped playing the game, it became Evolve Stage 2, and I mostly quit the forums, I still have good pals among the moderation staff there. I also got asked to moderate the steam forums, but I declined, knowing how much of a shitfest that was and how no amount of effort I could've put into it would even diminish it. It's kinda sad, but there was nothing I could do that THISain't couldn't.

I have a couple good friends in and help moderate the Supreme Commander 2 community discord, even if i don't really play the game. My inclusion into that is mostly due to a classmate who's a big name there, and asked me to help out, to which I couldn't say no. At this time, I also bug about and help run the Burno community (could be called the Second-in-command for that), although to be honest, that's more akin to a bunch of friends running small divisions for games and playing together a lot than an actual group that needs moderation.

So yeah, I don't know what else I could put in here. Ask away?

---

This is my final proof that either i should be given mod because i know how to write, or shadowcon shouldn't be considered based on how well he can write.
