When we're talking about a community where every person is purposefully invited, members do have a responsibility too. This is not some random group with random people, this is meant to be a community.

What I mean with it is that people need to take a look in the mirror before they start to blame others. Since everyone here is more than just random guests, this is a community - it's not just moderators' fault if the discussions are filled with toxic shitposts.

Yes, I'm aware that this group is not meant for drama but since this has escalated way too much I feel like I need to point out a few things. I thought about making this thread a week ago but I decided to hold back, but now these things just need to be said.

First off, I'm not part of this group - at all. In fact, the only reason I'm able to post discussions is because invited people can do so. And I'm not interested in joining, however I still feel like I need to adress things regarding this drama. I'm known for trolling back in 2015, actually, I was so big as a troll that people put me into same category with tonni - and my troll thread hit Reddit front page with over 80k views - and it was literally 1,5 years old thread.

At certain point I did admit that I was a troll and gave up, now I act like a normal person. From all the lurking I can tell that Pyrofish definitely hasn't done the same. The bad attitude and disrespect is still there.

When talking about people like Pyrofish who obviously still has a trollish behavior on, you have to be very strict if you let these people be part of the group; remember that the group is not meant to support that kind of behavior. This group is cleraly not for trolls. What really shocked me was the fact how many people were ready to vote Pyrofish to be a moderator. In all honesty, if you didn't see an issue with that, you're blind.

I've been talking with Evo and he was 100% ready to give Pyrofish another chance to redeem and change. I've been one of the biggest trolls on TF2 forums and Evo decided to invite me to this group. I was honest about my past and I showed that I've changed. Actions have positive effects.

And who knows; maybe there was a chance for Pyrofish to become a moderator, but instead things just escalated more when Pyrofish joined. As much as you like Pyrofish, this person is simply not good for the group's atmosphere. This is Evo's group and it's an achievement to build a community like this - where people are meant to be helpful and friendly to each other. It's understandable if he wants to protect this group at all cost. It's understandable if he is strict when it comes to former trolls.

Also, if there is endless shitposting in the group, do not blame it on moderators. Since this is an invite-only group, everyone here is more than just guests. You're all members. Please act like members. Everyone needs to be participate in making the group's atmosphere better, with all the arguing and shitposting it just makes everything worse.

It's alright to adress the issues, but I advise everyone to take a look in the mirror and think. From my experience, the group has simply turned into shitposting fiesta; and (almost) every member has to change in order to make this group back to what it was originally meant to be.

The Pyrofish drama isn't the only issue in this group. In fact, I think it's the smallest issue at the moment.
