They'd be less likely to do it, though. It won't prevent it, just lessen how much they'll do it.

We don't really know that for certain though. Maybe it being illegal makes it really hard for them to obtain drugs in the first place.

The OP said drug use did not decrease.

Even if he did, even if there were proof supporting this, it wouldn't be proof that jailing has no effect, unless it was directly related to that claim. People can use for a number of reasons, jailing might have a positive effect on stopping it while raising awareness of drugs might have a negative effect. We just don't know one way or the other because so many factors come into play.

That's impossible to know for certain or not. As we can't tell how much the use rate would be if no punishment were present in the same test sample. I don't remember. Misha invited me to some balance discussing group then someone invited me here as well. And I think Berser King invited me to another group all at the same time. I really only talked in the balance group, but then that died of activity so now I subscribed to here instead.

It's not that I have to read. It's just the pacing at which you read which makes the experience unenjoyable. It isn't throw to you paragraph by paragraph. It's not packaged in nice boxes, just a wall of text at the click of a button. They should wait till you're invested first before throwing that at you.

PvP is mostly ruined by the large amount of cheaters tho. One person who made hacked clients to cheat with quit due to how many people downloaded his product and used the IRC. Saying he was sickened by how little notch did to stop cheating and cheating wasn't fun when most of the audience was doing it.

Idk what to think. He's just phoning about properties? It's not like the phone call was about liberate yourself from China with their help. He should probably be careful about what he does as a president though. I mean last thing anyone wants is rough relations between China and the US.

Also the sequel to Golden Sun is another game that comes to mind. I mean you get a power or skill that can solve puzzles, and by the end of the game you get the first party from the first game to join yours, giving you access to their skills.



By near end of the game I couldn't take it anymore and quit the game. You had so many tools to solve different kinds of obstacles that I was sick of checking which of the 20+ I had that I needed to use. Did help that I took a break not long before and forgot where everything was supposed to be used.
