where do i find the mailboxes which ship the narcotics???

when i try to place my bed in my residence its say i have to place it in my residence (i tried restarting but nothing helped)

There is obviously a DLC to this game, but it tells me that due to my settings and preferences I cannot see it. I understand that this is an adult thing, but I have not activated any filters that I can see. It might have to do with language settings, but I have activated English and German. Can anybody help me out here? What filters might be responsible for me not seeing the DLC? I wish there was a simple way to just "temporarily override your set filters"....

I noticed this game got updated last month so I would love to hear from all you folks about the adult content dlc improvements?. Has it gotten improved or will be improved later on this year?.

Game does not stay in English. I have Steam Client in English, Windows in German. Game starts in German, I can switch to English in the settings, when I start next time it's in German again.
