For those running Windows 11 24h2:

Turn off automatic HDR. Here is how:

Open the Settings app by pressing the “Windows key + I” shortcut.
Go to the “System” > “Display” page.
Click the “Graphics” option.
Enable Auto HDR: Turn on the “Auto HDR” toggle.
Disable Auto HDR: Turn off the “Auto HDR” toggle.

**NOTE** If you have HDR disabled in System > Display, Auto HDR will be disabled by default.

Disgaea 5 is a great game, however its ruined by issues caused by Windows Updates 24H2. System instability will occur and CPU usage will spike to 100%. This will either cause extreme slowdown of the computer or outright freeze the entire system requiring a full manual shutdown and restart. This is entirely random when it occurs but seems to happen most often within content that requires game to generate random terrain such as the Item or Chara World or call for non-basic sprites like portraits.

If you use Window 10, or Linux based Operating systems, ignore this review, this game is more than worth your time and money, however as I need to use workarounds of streaming the game to my PC due to having a windows 11 system, I cannot recommend the game.
Will update this review if an update is released that fixes said issues.
