Why all of the sudden we get only 250 gems for a new box? Are they affraid of getting not enough money because they give away too many free gems? Or is it, because, we have already gotten a bad connection?

I have problems with my gaming laptop (8 years old) so I've been trying to switch to my Android Phone in the meantime. I have already backed up my account from Steam and all I need to do now is upload my saved file to my android phone, but nothing seems to work. I've been trying to tap Data Transfer and then log in with KONAMI ID dozens of times through Chrome and Firefox, but all I get is "Data Transfer failed. Try again." I'm getting frustrated. I don't know what I'm missing or what else to do other ...
