I did this recently. It's difficult but entirely possible.

Some advice I'd offer - You don't always have to be at the front of the pack of trucks. Make use of the side and back of trucks for longer and higher jumps.

people actually speedrun beating the game without ablilities, the wr time is 20 minutes without pause skips and 17 minutes with pause skips
