UPDATE
A few Steam users have chimed in, so I'll add their notes here.

@Will Hunter and @VakarianWrex confirmed that you only need to beat the last level of each world

@Serge confirmed you need to have at least 1 ability purchased for the game to start counting levels finished as 'pure' (make sure there is no yellow outline around to ensure it is deactivated. I would suggested exiting and relaunching the game to be safe)

Some others have claimed that this isn't true and they still didn't get the achievement, not sure if this is bugged or not. To be safe I recommend completing all 90 Levels without abilities

Some basic things to know:
1. You can't use ANY abilities. To know if you have them active, there will be a yellow glow around an active ability. Exit and relaunch Clustertruck if you deactivated any to make sure the game registers you don't have any abilities active
2. Take your time and die as many times as needed. The only requirement needed is for you to beat the level

Now for some tips:
1. If you hit the side/back of a truck, you will slowly slide. If you jump from it, you will get a HUGE jump boast, which is helpful for covering large gaps and making it to the GOAL
2. You only need to hit the GOAL to finish a level. So if you make a leap and think you're too short, just go for it anyway, You might just make it
3. While you can take your time, some levels do require you to move fast to bypass a certain hazard or to reach the next set of trucks
4. Some trucks are on a timer and others move when you reach them. Keep this in mind when breezing through

- 4:9. The timing for the lasers goes:
First 5 you must be 1 truck behind when active. Once past, jump 1 truck ahead and repeat. For the 6th laser, don’t jump and for the 7th jump ahead

World 4 really cranks the difficulty up. You might die a few times, but give it time and you'll get past this

5:7 Make sure to stay on the third set of Trucks and only jump to the second set when the launch pad sends it flying. Once the Truck is in the air, you can hop on and ride it to the next set OR do what I did and ride the back then jump, giving you a nifty Jump Boost

From this point onwards, all levels are almost speed dependent. Again, take your time and you'll get past them

For me, this world was easy. The only trouble I had was the 6:10. Again, practice and patience will help you

World 7 relies heavily on being in the air, so get used to the floaty controls because you'll need to nail a lot of the jumps

- 8:2 Turn around immediately
- 8:3 Once you hop through the second Gear, just stay on the Truck's head to avoid the pipes
- 8:4 After the first long jump, DON'T JUMP. Stay on one truck and move out of the way of oncoming trucks. If you get hit mid-air, you will be sent WAY back

Prepare to get angry. Not because it's hard, but because the hit detection is off. Just grit your teeth and keep trying till you get past it

- 9:3 The Hazards won't kill you, so you can bounce off them
- 9:5 The Hazards won't kill you, so you can bounce off them
- 9:6 This level is speed dependent because the impaled trucks will slowly descend into the lava
- 9:10 Hold SPRINT when on the highway but when you scale the Monster, let go. Because of the Speed Boost you get, holding SPRINT will make movement very hard and touching anything but Truck will kill you. You also need to move fast because Lava will begin rising

Behold, the most difficult/easiest levels in the game. You will scream, you will cry, but you will get past it and earn yourself a well deserved achievement
