How to finish the game with NO ABILITIES!?

I just need that "Pure" achievement to 100% the game. But it's difficult AF. Did someone beat it like this? can someone help? PLEASE?!

I did this recently. It's difficult but entirely possible.

Some advice I'd offer - You don't always have to be at the front of the pack of trucks. Make use of the side and back of trucks for longer and higher jumps.
