after clicking start game from main menu in the game, no response with a dark screen with cursor on

This is the fourth time I've participated in this event and managed to kill at least one of the monsters and not get the reward (Bloodied Gina). I've witnessed the enemy's defeat 4 times, always playing alone. I simply don't understand how the rewards for this event are distributed. I think Capcom hates me......

Bueno para introducir soy un fan de la saga resident evil y me compre el revelation 2 hace una semana y por el titulo ,el juego no tiene audio no entiendo el por que ya he investigado y no encontré solución alguna y publico esto si es que alguien tuvo el mismo problema que yo y logro solucionarlo , ya lo re instale por si acaso , revise la salida del audio( utilizo un televisor como monitor por el tamaño y calidad de la imagen) la salida de audio funciona perfecto en otros juegos que tengo en mi bibliot...
