can i pls get my copy back
i hope the devs read this and if they do can i have my copy back it seems to be reoved from my library when i dont remember ever removing it so can i pls have my copy back

Got confirmation that TDE has been granted - maybe restart Steam to refresh the library, just in case - you may also need to make sure the TDE DLC is listed in the game properties within Steam and that it's activated, before installing the game.

Just added your account to the granting list - as above, it may take time to process and you can write to the support address if you'd like a copy of the world you had on our servers.

Sorry, cannot take such actions without the direct request of the owner of the account - as developers we have the power to grant someone our DLC (that's how we fixed the two cases that have been discussed here, including yours) but we just don't do it unless we have the explicit request of the owner - it's just to keep things fair and play by the rules.

The game works differently compared to how it worked before we released TDE - now worlds are player hosted, so each case is different depending on how the player decides to host the world.

Long story short, could play on the same LAN without any special steps (almost), could host the world behind one's own router (requires adding port forwarding to the router among possibly other steps), could host on a remote server (in which case the world should be visible or at least reachable via direct connection).

If you're not hosting the world there's nothing you can do to sort the problem out, it has to be solved by the player hosting the world.

Just got the confirmation that TDE has been granted to your account - may need to restart Steam / validate / reinstall - for any troubles you can contact us via email or on Discord, as it wouldn't be possible to troubleshoot that here - please see the message right above this one for the contacts (and for your world as well).
