I read the achievement, but I didn't understand what I have to do, could someone explain it here, I haven't played the game in a while.

Can someone tell me, if I can get both achievements, doing the mini boss rush? Would be useful, since I am doing it on pretty hard with all Challenges enabled on epic for the other achievement. Don't wanna waste time, if it's impossible this way... thanks in advance ...
