Dualshock 4 does not work

I turned Steam in Big Picture, then ran the game, and even if the game says the controller is detected, I can't use it.
I use an AZERTY keyboard and I can't change this controls too.
Any advice or way to fix this ?

Hi Seb-pj,

Could you try starting the game without Big-Picture?
We've gotten some reports that Big-Picture might cause problems in-game.

Fixing these issues are one of our top priorities and we are doing everything we can to solve the issue.

We have received feedback that deleting and reinstalling the game has proved to be successful.
Have you tried this, and if not, would you mind doing so and letting us know your results?

Hi Anoy,

sorry for the late answer. Even after uninstalling the game and installing it again, it doesn't work.
Should I wait for any fix, or ask a refund ? No pressure on the team, I just want to play the game.
