purchased the game months ago but just started to play it today. After an hour of designing characters and ready to play I'm surprised at the demand that I must enter a word from page 25 of the manual, 5th word 4th paragraph Line 3! When I bought the game I was not informed I would need the manual in order to play the game! Can anyone help me with this?...

I try to open the Gold Edition, but it just says "Failed to Open Movie" and shows me a black box. Is there anything even different in the Gold Edition?
