I try to open the Gold Edition, but it just says "Failed to Open Movie" and shows me a black box. Is there anything even different in the Gold Edition?

I am diseased (and blind, paralyized, ... and all other status effects you can get). I tried everything to cure disease. I have a healer spell "cure disease" lvl6 - don't work. I tried the monk pater Rulae - Nobody can cure my fighter :-(
