First, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies for the persistent bugs identified even after our recent hotfix.

The main reason for these issues is rooted in our technical shortcomings. We currently manage builds for each language and platform individually, resulting in an inefficient workflow.

With each update, we have had to modify and rebuild data across seven iterations, often leading to various errors. The catastrophic issue at launch, where old data overwrote new data, was also a direct result of this structure. Additionally, conducting translations and playtesting for each individual build has significantly lengthened the process and limited our capacity for detailed reviews.

This was a fundamental mistake stemming from our decision to proceed without proper multi-language support from the start.

Among the myriad of issues, we have prioritized the following four improvements:

1. Fixing interface errors and mistranslations
2. Stabilizing quest progression and save/load functionalities
3. Enhancing UI visuals and functionality
4. Reducing memory usage through texture optimization

The expected update release date is mid-December, and we plan to secure additional QA personnel to ensure thorough testing. Updates on schedules and bug fixes will be continuously communicated through our community channels.

After the launch, we had a moment to relax, but we also experienced a nightmare. We mistakenly launched the game with outdated October data instead of the latest November data used for Korean ratings. As a result, the game broke, and our Steam reviews plummeted to “Mostly Negative.”

Unfortunately, it wasn’t just a dream.

Thanks to your support, we’ve managed to climb back to “Mixed” reviews. We’re incredibly grateful and have prepared a quick hotfix for you.

- We recommend starting with a new save file wherever possible.
- Delete the entire folder where <Gray Haven> is installed and verify the game files.

- Resolved a bug causing Ragnar’s portrait not to appear.

- Fixed the progression blocker in the "Realm of Obsession" (Desert Dungeon), where the boss would not die.
- Fixed save file corruption caused by mismatched file paths.

- Generic dialogue will appear when no quests are available.
- Subquests cannot be continued after completing the ending.
- To progress to the next quest, you may need to recruit specific villagers.

Sadly, there are still numerous improvements to be made, which we aim to resolve soon:

- Optimization updates are in progress.
- Improving UI accessibility and controller functionality.
- Fixed erratic vibration issues.
- Adjusting cutscenes for ultra-wide screens to prevent cropping.
- Preventing Agnes from attempting to escape.
- Addressing a method allowing item duplication in the storage chest. Agnes’s secret rituals will be adjusted.
- Fixing Kukul appearing in strange locations.
- Resolving several other serious issues.

Lastly, we’ve realized we rushed this early access release. In the future, we will take the necessary time to ensure a polished experience before launch.
