What do you call Snufkin in your language?
Polish: Włóczykij :) It loosely means a vagabond type. My favourite character other than Little My (Mala Mi).

In Sweden his name is Snusmumriken.
Since I'm also from Poland and can't add a new name to the conversation, I'll tell you a piece of trivia: since "włóczykij" is a common word, someone used this name for a Polish travel agency. They also have his hat as their logo. This is pretty cool I think
In Denmark his name is Mumrik.
In Finnish he is Nuuska Muikkinen, Literally Snuff Vendaceus (as in the fish)
German Cartoon: Snufkin, which most will prefer, i guess. It seems that in the books he is called "Schnupferich". And that sounds pretty much like someone who consumes a lot of lines...
In russian we call him Snusmumrik or Mumrik
Poland is Włóczykij, which literally means sth like "drifting stick" :D
in Italy he's called "Tabacco"

Although it's a reference to his original name, I definitely prefer "Snufkin"
In Norway, he goes by Snusmumrikken.
