The best strategy rougelike of all time. Wonderfully weird. Outstanding soundtrack.

Easily the most unique roguelike in every possible way. It's art style is a sort of gooey, fleshy pixel art immediately recognizable as Talia Mair's work. It's soundtrack is very distinctive and fun, having a unique song for every single enemy type. It's gameplay is paradoxically extremely simple yet super complex.

Just... try it out. There's nothing else quite like it.
This really is the Brutal Orchestra.

beautiful - the combat and art direction are wonderful and this game alone made my steam deck so worth it (as a filthy, unloved mac user). if the devs (i love you) were to write a book about this, i'd be first in line to get it. i just want to read more, to see more of their writing especially within brutal orchestra's context. 10/10
