This game is the most fun I had with a video game since several years. It does the combat perfectly, the music perfectly, the artstyle has such a unique "ugliness" to it that is extremely charming (With really good animations rounding it up), and the progression and personality is perfect too. It has many unique characters with unique building potential, so you wont run out of things to do in a long time.

It only really lacks on the writing side of things, with 1 half being perfect like the rest of the game, but the other half being Tiktok haha Reddit IFunnyDotCom Tier kind of dialogue. It kinda brings you out of the immersion, but the gameplay was good enough that it didnt bother me too much.

Its incredibly fair, I didn't have many moments I felt like death wasn't my fault. It also has lots of cheese strategies to get your powerfantasy going. It will be difficult at first, the UI is really not too well explained, it has weird design choices on some things, and I personally got often confused by the perspective, but its not something you cant learn with time.

Probably the best designed achievements I have seen in a long time, since they are also used to progress ingame they are fun to get through (except Bronzos RNG). With unique achievements that arent just "Defeat this enemy"

However it is unique, what I mean is, if you dont vibe with it in the first hour, you wont ever vibe with it. The first hour shows you perfectly how the rest of the game will feel for you despite what the dev will try to tell you on some negative reviews.

I dont know what else to say, positive reviews are hard for me, top 3 Rougelites for sure. Just try it out.
