Is there a mod that gets rid of rooms with Giggling Minister? And if yes, where could I get it?

I want to get as much money as I can (thats obvious) but I don't understand how I can get a lot of money from enemy encounters. If I fight a stronger enemy, will i get more money? or is it based off of the enemies you kill? I know if you make a flarblet spawn a buncha flarbs you don't get money for killing em all but if I let a minister flee will that mean I get less money? should I use things like purple heart on bigger enemies or something? I don't understand this and I'd like to see if i could get some ...

Is there any way to I want to reset my data

on like my fourth run I beat ouroboros and unlocked the games hard mode by not killing myself (which like come on that seemed like the right thing to do) but I feel like I missed a lot of content cause I beat heaven on like run 6. Is the game just that replayable or am I missing an ending? I did absolutely love what I saw of the game tho....

hey can someone please help me. my game seemed to have bugged out on me and i unlocked mordrake without completing the quest somehow. idk, please help.
