Every time I try to sit at a table I get this error. Is the problem with me or is there something else?

Like many, I got this from Epic today. I haven't been able to play a single game due to fatal error crashes, lost internet connection, table never loads, or nobody ever loads to a table. What's the deal?

Is it possible to play with Bots?

I started-off well. I was winning hands, and eliminating players. Then these people keep showing up to my low-level matches. (The only thing available to me.) I see them at all hours of the day and night. I cannot defeat them. It's always two. If one raises pre-flop? The other will fold. Preventing one from interfering with the other.
