Every time I try to sit at a table I get this error. Is the problem with me or is there something else?

Like many, I got this from Epic today. I haven't been able to play a single game due to fatal error crashes, lost internet connection, table never loads, or nobody ever loads to a table. What's the deal?

I've been searching for a poker game for some 10 years that had a single player mode, much like a season in any sport you play through tournaments and such. will there be any plans to release a single player mode instead of always online ? some people like myself would enjoy it as well as others who cant play online all the time...
