most of the foci dont have a description (SEBERIAN_RAILWAY_DESC). i removed all my other mods and only started one with this one and they are still not there.

That is correct, most of the focusses don't have a discription because of updates, but to be honest that isn't that important

The Military High Command guy for armour bonuses (Rossokovsky) can't be used because he requires a focus that does not exist: Positive Heroism.

Rossokovsky works, i tested, maybe you have another mod on that messes with it OR you purged him

I think you're right. I just did it again and it worked fine with no problems. I didn't have any other mods running, but I did clear the game cache.

I completet "One Dream, One China" after the Chinese United Frond had formed, but now I am at war with both China and the PRC. Probably the event where the Soviets declare war on China took place to fast.

Kaliningrad state becomes unowned territory after saving and reloading the a game with this mod. Starting the game with the mod has kaliningrad under German ownership (as it should in 1936) but saving, quitting and reloading will cause no country to own kaliningrad. Tested with only this mod enabled. Also kaliningrad starts with 0 infrastructure.

Another issue is that several air regions loose their name and become strategicregion_xyz.

The mod doesn't seem to work correctly for me under 1.5.1. Danzig is always an unowned state even if I deactivate all other mods (besides graphic and music mods).

For some reason, the Southern Thrust focus keeps crashing my game.

I Tried this, it works fine for me? maybe turn some other mods off
