Mod doesnt work, i delete all other mods and set it alone and it doesnt work, whats the problem because this mod is best.

And i do feel that the USSR is underpowered in the base game. But that's besides the point. Thank you for nerfing the Soviets in this mod.

I totally agree with you, it does make the USSR op, but i REALLY feel like they underpowered The soviets in the basegame, its not even competitive

I think that this makes the USSR too OP. Because you get 18 civs in 180 days and you just, Like it's too overpowered. You get so much steel so much oil and so many civs. It makes the USSR like a cake walk.
