Taunt:
The Pyro Takes a Bottle of Gasoline, Pours into into his mask and spits it onto the torch, Causing a blaze to kill whoever is in range

if pyro is in water, covered in jarate, or mad milk: torch no longer burns players and deals -40% less damage
taunt is pyro psins around with the torch, killing anyone who comes in contact with him/her then throws it in the air, killing anyone above him/her
Stats imo:
Lights enemies on fire.

Can be put out by water, milk, jarate, or airblast. Recharge lasts for 15 seconds.
(No random crits?)
I like the idea of it being ignitable by other pyros too!
While this weapon is active:
+) Any afterburn hit speed on enemies is increased by 50% (deal afterburn damage every 0.25sec)
-) Any afterburn damage is reduced by 25% (deal 3 damage instead, ~1 with the degreaser)
-) This weapon deploys 100% slower
+ On Hit: Ignites enemy, dealing afterburn over 6 seconds
+ Afterburn slows target
+ This weapon deploys 15% faster
- 25% less afterburn damage
- This weapon holsters 70% slower
